This project explores how people think about recent experiences. In this exercise, you will be asked to describe a recent negative emotional experience three times, for 5 minutes each time. Between the three writing exercises, you will complete a brief questionnaire and then will simply sit back and relax for 3 minutes while watching a series of pictures.
There is some evidence to suggest that this may have health benefits. We are interested in the effect that automated suggestions may have on these benefits.
